Physical Product Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition and include all parts or accessories supplied with the order.

To begin a return, contact us at info@makesupply.co with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping your order back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged in transit, or we made an error with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns shipped without tracking.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the problem was caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products—including SVG files, and other downloadable files—are final and nonrefundable.

Because digital products are delivered or made available immediately after purchase, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for these items. If you experience a problem accessing or using a purchased file, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
